Nyak G. Nyak charged with First Degree Robbery in Uber driver assault in Ballard

The King County Prosecutor's office has charged Nyak G. Nyak with first degree robbery in a case where an Uber driver in Ballard was assaulted, beaten, and his money and car stolen on Aug. 13. The suspect is still at large.
