Jeannette C. Giorgetti, of West Seattle, passed away on December 9, 2006. Her family and loving husband of 63 years, Jack, were by her side. She cherished her time spent with her friends and husband at the Corner Inn of West Seattle. At the time of her passing, she was listening to a recording of Lauren Petrie (piano bar) and her friends at the Corner Inn.

Jeannette was born November 26, 1925 in Greeley, Nebraska to Marea and James Murphy. She attended Licoln High School and lived in Victory Heights.

Glenn Totten was born June 10, 1919, in Minidoka, Idaho, and passed away peacefully at home on December 1, 2006. Glenn had a busy and interesting life. He graduated from Rupert High School, Idaho, and worked at Sun Valley. He joined the Civilian Conservation Corps and fought forest fires. He came to Seattle and worked for Boeing for 17 years with an interruption for Army service in World War II.

He later drove Seattle Transit busses for six years. He belonged to the Burien Volunteer Fire Department. Glenn went into selling real estate.

Steve Cox was born in Seattle, Washington on April 29, 1960, and lost his life in the line of duty on December 2, 2006. He was 46.

He was a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Maria, and the proudest of fathers to his one year old son, Bronson, and his step-daughter Nicole.

Steve will be deeply missed by all whose life he touched, including his family, the King County Sheriff's Department where he proudly served, and the community of White Center, where he was a vital part of their community.

Lucille O. Peterson (Lucy) passed away peacefully at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, WA, December 2, 2006, after a long struggle with complications from hip surgery.

Born June 25, 1913, at Creosote, Bainbridge Island, she later moved to West Seattle with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Hausman and brother, Claude.

Velva Verna Resser, 90 Green Valley Arizona, formerly of Seattle Washington went home to be with the Lord November 25, 2006. She was born November 18, 1916 in Springdale Arkansas, the daughter of Elbert and Verna Clemmer

She was very involved in volunteer work in Seattle at the VA Hospital and also at Santa Rita Care Center in Green Valley.

Maxine left us peacefully on November 15, 2006 after a full life of 84 years. She leaves behind five daughters (Janice, Joyce, Joan, Karen and Carol), a son (Phillip) and five grandchildren (Adrienne, Adam, Paul, Katelin and Heather), a brother (Everett) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Edward Tomisser. She will be greatly missed by us all and leaves a legacy of love and support.

Maxine had a number of passions and a true zest for life.

Edna passed away peacefully on November 29th. She was born on May 7, 1920 in Thief River Falls, MN, the 5th of 8 children. She married Borden Sagmoen on June 8, 1942. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, her 4 children: Rita, Rick, Sally and Chuck, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Edna's love extended far beyond her family and friends. Her greatest joy was her deep and abiding faith in God.

A memorial serivce will be held on Saturday, December 9th, at 1:00 p.m.

"It went so fast." Age 98. Born December 29, 1907 in Wallacec, Idaho and grew up in Burke, Idaho. Graduated 1928 from U. of Idaho, Moscow with a B.S. Degree in Home Sciences.

Married Wiliam M. Krull September 5, 1933 in Wallace Idaho. Their family came to Seattle in 1937.

Preceded in death November 12, 1995 by beloved husband "Bill". Survived by three children Karl F. (Violet), Dorothy E., and William P. (Hazel). Six grandchildren, losing a seventh grandson John C. at age 17, ten great-grandchildren, and one grea-great-granddaughter.

Born in West Seattle September 15, 1927 to James and Lillian Gracey, the first of four children. Passed away November 1, 2006 at the age of 79 at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, Washington.

Ron's parents lived on 63rd SW and later built a large home on 59th SW where they had 7 trout pools. As a young boy Ron delivered medical prescriptions on his bike for Mr. Ritchie's Alki Drugstore. He attended Alki Elementary and loved playing baseball at Alki ball field. He spent hours fishing on the sound in his little boat he moored under the Alki ferry pilings.
