Tom died in his sleep after an eleven-year battle with cancer. He fought the good fight right up to the end and we are so very proud of him.

Tom died in his sleep after an eleven-year battle with cancer. He fought the good fight right up to the end and we are so very proud of him.
Ronald Ray Geiger, a devoted husband, brother, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 25, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on April 14, 1942, in Spokane, Washington, Ron was known for his integrity, thoughtfulness, and dedication to his family and community. A deliberate and industrious man, he generously gave his time and energy to those around him.
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Thomas (Tom) Richey of Seattle, Washington who passed away on February 15, 2025. Tom was born in Seattle on September 27, 1952 to Harold and Mildred Richey, the third of six children. He attended Arbor Heights Elementary, Denny Middle School, and Chief Sealth High School. He followed in the family business of jewelry and was a jeweler for 40 years until his retirement.
Jean was born to John H. and Alice Crowther, of West Seattle where she lived 96 of her 98 years.
An avid swimmer, she was the first one, at age 14, to swim in the brand-new Colman Pool (Circa 1940's) and claims to have gone to this pool every day with friends from her youth. She also became a local swim champion there. Then in her late teens she spent her time tirelessly plinking on the piano, until she got a job playing at the local USO for many years.
Jean went on to work at Rainier Bank, in the trust department, for approximately 20 years before retiring.
Karyn May Thompson-Hendricks, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on February 1, 2025, following a long battle with dementia. She was 79 years old.

Stanley Eugene Bradley (Stan), loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at the age of 79 on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
John Enger was born in Princeton, MN on January 30, 1949 to Harold and Phyllis Enger. The family moved to Seattle in 1955. John graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1967. In 1971 he graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Washington where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and a track and field athlete.
John married his first wife, Jackie, in 1971 and they welcomed Ian on August 1, 1974.
Gloria Jean Newton (née Lotzgesell), affectionately known as Glo, passed away on July 23, 2024, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 93. Born in Sequim, Washington, she led a life marked by creativity, compassion, and entrepreneurship.
Terry Sackett (née Dearey), a beloved long-time resident of West Seattle, passed away on August 11, 2024.
Born July 31, 1946, in Glendale, California, she moved with her family to West Seattle at the age of five. She grew up on Marshall Avenue and attended Holy Rosary School. She graduated from Holy Names Academy in 1964 and UW in 1971. In 1973, she began her career as a Technical Drafter at Boeing, where she worked until her retirement in 2009.
